General Manager | Natalie Diener Cosenza  email
Natalie Diener Cosenza comes to Azuka Theatre with a background in sales, marketing, theater production, small business management, and special events. Previously, Natalie worked as the Marketing Director for the Philadelphia City Paper and Production and Company Manager for the Philadelphia Shakespeare Festival. In addition to her position with Azuka, she owns a freelance event consultation business and plans weddings and events for individuals and companies all over the Greater Philadelphia area.

Producing Artistic Director | Kevin Glaccum  email
Kevin Glaccum has been a member of Azuka Theatre since he created the role of Guillaume in Azuka's inaugural production of La Rue des Faux. For Azuka he has directed productions of Whisky Neat, Greek Active, Kid Simple, Hedwig and the Angry Inch (Barrymore Nomination; Best Director of a Musical, Philadelphia Weekly), Azuka One-Acts, Four, The Boys and Sincerity Forever. Other credits include Say Goodnight, Gracie (Act II Playhouse) The Rocky Horror Show (Arcadia University) Iron Kisses (Philadelphia Gay and Lesbian Theater Festival) and The Shoes (Philadelphia Fringe Festival). Before turning to directing he appeared in Azuka’s productions of Metamorphosis, Friends and An Artist's Workshop. Kevin is a member The Lincoln Center Directors Lab.

Director of Marketing | Mark H. Andrews  email
Mark H. Andrews is a co-founder of Azuka Theatre. Originally from Michigan, Mark moved to Philadelphia in 1997 to work as an apprentice with the Arden Theatre Company. From 1999 to 2006 Mark worked for Philadelphia Theatre Company as their Prop Master and Lightboard Operator. He is currently the Technical Director for the Mandell Theater at Drexel University.

Artistic Associate | Allison Heishman  email
Allison Heishman came to Philadelphia as the Literary and Casting Apprentice at the Walnut Street Theatre under Richard Parison. She began working with Azuka in 2005 and with them directed Coney Island in the Azuka One-Acts for the 10th Philly Fringe, was the AD for the 2006 production of 'Twas the Night, and currently organizes the Spotlight Series. In addition to her work with Azuka she acts and directs and has worked with a number of rockin' Philly theatres and theatre artists including The Cardboardbox Collaborative, Flashpoint Theatre Co., Madhouse Theatre Co., Tamanya Garza, Michele Volansky, Philadelphia Theatre Co., and WST. Allison holds a B.A. in Theatre from Washington College in Chestertown, MD. She holds it very tightly.

Playwright In Residence | Jacqueline Goldfinger  
Jacqueline Goldfinger is a Barrymore-nominated playwright and dramaturg that teaches playwriting at University of the Arts. She is currently developing Skin & Bone and The Arsonists with Azuka. Her play Slip/Shot will world premiere at Flashpoint Theatre in Philly this spring. It was recently nominated for the Weissberger Award, developed at PlayPenn, and featured at the Lark's Playwrights' Week in New York. Her other full-length original plays include the terrible girls, The Oath, and The Burning Season. Her commissioned adaptations include Hershel and the Hanukkah Goblins, Little Women, A Christmas Carol, and The Ghost’s Bargain. Her plays are published by Playscripts and Smith & Kraus. Resident Dramaturg | Sally Ollove  email
Sally Ollove is the Resident Dramaturg at Azuka Theatre. She has dramaturged locally for Arden Theatre Company, The Bearded Ladies Cabaret, Gas & Electric Arts, and TheatreExile and nationally at the American Repertory Theatre, Signature Theatre Company in New York, and Untitled Theatre Company #61 among others. Sally also teaches at Rowan University and holds an MFA in Dramaturgy from the MXAT/ART Institute for Advanced Theatre Training at Harvard University. Thanks to Kevin and the Azuka family.

Production Manager | Mike Troncone  email
Mike Troncone holds a B.A. in Theatre - Design/Technology from DeSales University and currently resides in Philadelphia. Mike has worked as a Production Manager, Technical Director, Designer, Consultant and Technician for numerous companies including Azuka Theatre, Theatre Exile, Philadelphia Theatre Company, BRAT Productions, Walnut Street Theatre, The Arden, Philly Fringe Arts, Bristol Riverside Theatre, Pig Iron Theatre Co, The German Society of Pennsylvania and many more. Some of his favorite productions include the terrible girls (Azuka - Technical Dir.), knives in hens (Exile - Technical Dir.), and Old Wicked Songs (Bristol Riverside Theatre - Sound Designer). He is extremely excited to be taking the Azuka production reigns from his friend and mentor Terry Smith for many seasons to come. Love to Julia.
